How do I order on The Stile?

The Stile is an Italian brand that handcrafts interior design items. You can order directly from the website just by adding your favourite objects to the Cart. The separation in different Categories helps you select the products. It’s also possible to find all out Deals on this website… don’t let them run out!

During the checkout procedure, you can input one of our Promo Codes. Offers are not to be combined. 

How can I purchase on the store?

Purchasing items is very easy: add them to your Cart, proceed to Checkout, insert the shipping instructions and pay with your Credit Card.

What's the shipping method?

Since we use fast couriers, you can expect delivery to be about 3-5 days after shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you an email as soon as the order will been received and another one when the shipping has taken place, with additional shipping information. We suggest you check the SPAM folder in case you don’t get our emails

How can I change the shipping address?

You can contact us at support@thestilestore.com; in case your order has not been shipped yet, we will change it at no extra cost.

Can I get the invoice?

Of course! All you need to do is stating it before Checkout and we will send it within 10 working days.

Can I change my order?

Of course! You can modify your order by sending an email to support@thestilestore.com before the shipment takes place. 

Can I cancel my order?

Of course! You can cancel your order y sending an email to support@thestilestore.com before shipment takes place. Once the calcellation has been made, you will receive a refund within 10 working days.

I just made an order but one or more items are not available any more; when will I receive them?

The order will be shipped when all its items will be ready. In case you request it, all available items can be shipped immediately at no extra cost. 

Can I have a customized product with my logo?

Of course! Send us your request by e-mail to: info@thestilestore.com taking care to explain well how you would like to customize the chosen product. We will be happy to be able to satisfy you!

Print the label and ship it

Print the label that we’ll send you via email, stick it onto the package and ship it to the address we will specify. 

Report damaged goods

If you receive a damaged item, take a photo of the outside of the package and of the item, specifying where the damage seems to be. Then send it all via email at support@thestilestore.com.

We suggest you accept the package conditionally

Item return

If the warranty is still valid, we will send you the instructinos for the delivery via email.
