Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product, no problem, you have 15 days to report your return.
Customized products and those without original packaging are excluded and cannot be returned.
The product must be returned carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
So don't throw away the original packaging right away if you're still not sure you're satisfied with your purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is returned after being washed, used or tampered with by the customer, the refund will not be made.
Procedure:
1 - PREPARE THE PACKAGE:
Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging and reseal it carefully.
2 - COMMUNICATE THE RETURN:
Send an email to: support@thestilestore.com
Specifying:
1- Order number
2- Name and Surname
3- Product/s subject to withdrawal specifying quantity and reason
Then download the Return Form by CLICKING HERE, fill it in and insert it inside the package.
3 - SEND:
Choose a traceable shipping method, you can go to the post office or entrust the package to a courier.
Keep the receipt containing the tracking code so that you can monitor the return status of the goods at any time.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded the amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods (with the exception of shipping costs) within and no later than 14 days from the return of the product to the warehouse.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the initial transaction (if the order was paid for by cash on delivery, the refund will be made via a bank transfer).

Damaged or Defective Goods
Any damaged products must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of delivery.
The email must contain the following information to proceed with the refund and/or replacement of the goods:
1. Complete description of details regarding the damaged parts
2. Two or more photos of the damaged product where the problem is visible in detail, another of the package including the original packaging and one of the contents of the box.
3. Email us everything at: support@thestilestore.com
This way we will take care of the problem as soon as possible!
If the product has been used, washed or tampered with, it is not possible to make a complaint. If the product is withdrawn without the customer notifying us of the tampering, the refund will not be made.
Conclusion of the Contract
The order is accepted when the goods are shipped. The purchase contract also becomes valid at the time of shipment. In some cases it may be necessary to request more information to process the order and we reserve the right to refuse an order.
