Shipping

We almost always use an express courier, so at the time of shipping the delivery times are around 24/48 hours (for the islands consider an additional day).

Shipping costs €9.90 in Italy and €12.90 in Europe and is free for orders over €69.90.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Delivery times:
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend are processed starting the following Monday morning, and any orders placed after 12:00 are processed the next working day.
As soon as the package is entrusted to the courier in charge, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking code.

The order is entrusted to the courier within the days indicated in the item sheet.

For islands and remote locations, delivery will take 1/2 working days longer.
(Times may vary based on promotional periods, sales or holidays)

To avoid difficulties with delivery, please remember to:
- indicate precisely the name or number shown on the doorbell of the house, if different from the shipping data
- indicate the exact street number and the specific postal code of the area
- indicate a telephone number where the recipient can be contacted.

Communicating the status of my order
You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order and a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse for shipping.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
After the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave you a notice of his passage and will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. You too, if you want, can contact the courier when you receive the notice.

If the recipient finds a notice of non-delivery left by the courier, he or she must take care to follow the instructions on the notice.
